Our work with acquisitions includes, but is not limited to: improving, renovating, managing, repositioning, operating, and financing. Currently, we’re looking for multi-family assets which meet the following criteria:

• Garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise apartment communities
• 60 units minimum
• Convenient access and visibility
• Unit mix and floor plans competitive with sub-market
• Moderate rehabilitation to significant demolition and re-positioning
• Suburban and urban core locations
• Amenities consistent with property features and sub-market
